This is a Fairfield Resorts Time Share in Atlantic City, N.J. One half block form the Broad Walk and next door to Resorts International Casino. This Time Share is different from any other kind of time share. You do not trade your week for someone’s week.
You are awarded 154 points every other year. When you want to take a vacation you pay with points. You can take 5 or 6 vacations per year, depending on the places you chose to go and the amount of points each one cost.
The following are the advantages of this type of Time Share:
1. You can go away for one week (8 days, 7 nights) or a week-end, or any number of days you want. Week days are less points than week-ends.
2. You can have a Studio, a one bedroom, or a two bedroom, or even a three bedroom suite.
3. All time shares have AC, bedrooms, TV’s, family room, a dinning area and a fully equipped Kitchen.
4. You can go any where in the U S and also anywhere Internationally.
5. You are not restricted to any time of the year. You can go any time from Jan. 1 to Dec 31.
6. Fairfield Resorts charges you $ 149.00 for setting up the vacation trip. You pay your own air fare when required.
7. If you run out of points they allow you to purchase more at the rate of $ 5.00 per thousand. This gives even more flexibility.
8. You may bring another couple or a relative with you. All one bedrooms sleep 4, 2 bedrooms sleep 6, etc, etc.
9. You can gift a friend or relative a week-end or a week, your choice.
10. The maintenance fee is $ 55.12 per month.
11. If you decide to go to your home Time Share in Atlantic City, NJ you are given preferential treatment on availability. This resort is NEW, less than on year old. All immensities are first class in excellent taste.
12. When arranging for a vacation all councilors are very helpful and courteous.
13. The time Share becomes your property and therefore part of your estate.
PRICE: $ 13,000 Price also includes 3 extra FREE WEEKS. Where you are not required to use your points.
Buyer pays all closing costs and all legal fees. Deed will be transferred at closing.
